What is the Cappadocia Classic Car Tour?

The Cappadocia Classic Car Tour offers a nostalgic journey through the region’s most scenic valleys in a vintage car, often from the 1940s to 1970s. It’s a unique way to experience Cappadocia’s magical landscape — perfect for sunrise, sunset, or special occasions.

How long does the tour last?

Depending on the selected package, the tour typically lasts between 1 to 2 hours, including photo stops at panoramic viewpoints and valleys.

What is included in the tour?

The tour usually includes hotel pickup and drop-off, a private driver, fuel, and photo stops at iconic locations such as Love Valley, Rose Valley, Red Valley, and Göreme Panoramic Point. Some packages may also include champagne, flowers, or decorations for special occasions.

Can I drive the classic car myself?

No, for safety and insurance reasons, all cars are driven by professional drivers familiar with Cappadocia’s terrain. However, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to pose for photos inside and beside the car.

What types of cars are used in the tour?

The collection typically includes Chevrolet Impalas, Ford Thunderbirds, or Buick Specials, among other vintage convertibles — each restored to reflect its original charm.

What time of day is best for the tour?

The most popular times are sunrise (with hot air balloons in the background) and sunset, when Cappadocia’s valleys are bathed in golden light — ideal for photography.

Is this tour suitable for special events?

Yes! The Classic Car Tour is a favorite for weddings, proposals, anniversaries, and photoshoots. Custom decorations and bouquets can be arranged upon request.

We recommend comfortable yet stylish clothing — flowy dresses, hats, and sunglasses look great in photos. Keep in mind that Cappadocia can be cool in the early morning or evening, so bring a light jacket if needed.

Can children join the tour?

Yes, children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult. However, due to limited seat belts in some vintage models, families with small children should check car specifications in advance.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The tour depends on good weather. If canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
