Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellations made by the customer up to 24 hours (or the time specified in the tour details) before the tour start time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made later may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows or Late Arrivals: Non-refundable.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience's start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted.

This experience requires good weather. If it's canceled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund.

If the Seller is unable to provide the booked service due to force majeure events such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety-related aviation cancellations, the Buyer shall have the right to:

• Reschedule the tour for another available date,
• Exchange it for another tour of equal value, or
• Receive a full refund.

Skyway Travel shall not be liable for losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
